yyxqjt.pngProblem Description 1: The switch cannot automatically switch

Troubleshooting:

① Does the switch key switch to the automatic position.

② Is the switch in a padlocked state.

③ Is the three-level switch connected to the neutral line.

④ Whether the on-site power supply is normal.

 

Solution:

① Turn the switch key counterclockwise by 90 degrees, and the switch is in automatic mode.

② When opening and closing the padlock, pull it down and release the padlock, which will automatically spring up. After the spring up, the switch is in an unlocked state (160-630A current level switch); When opening and closing the padlock, it needs to be lifted upwards. When the padlock is released, it will automatically fall down, and when it falls down, it will be in an unlocked state (1000-3150A current level switch).

③ Connect the two incoming zero wires to the 305306 terminal on the left side of the three-level switch.

④ Check the panel power fault indicator light. When the panel indicator light is red, it indicates that the power is in a fault state, and when it is green, it indicates a normal state. When the indicator light is red, a multimeter should be used to measure the on-site incoming voltage. The R-type switch checks whether the incoming voltage (A, B, C and N) is out of phase, the S-type and G-type switches check whether the incoming voltage is out of phase, and whether there is overvoltage or undervoltage (A, B, C and N). The overvoltage value is 220 × (1+20%), undervoltage value 220 × (1-17%) Factory default value.

Troubleshooting:

① When the switch is in the common power or backup power position, is the left side terminal (common I) 302 or (backup II) 304 terminal conductive to the common terminal 301.

② Is the wiring of the on-site indicator light correct.

③ Whether the indicator is normal.

 

Solution:

① When the switch is in the common power position, use a multimeter to measure the continuity of the left 301302 terminal. When the switch is in the backup power position, measure the continuity of the left 301304 terminal.

② The L-line should be connected to terminal 301 on the left, with one end of the commonly used indicator light connected to terminal 302 and one end of the backup indicator light connected to terminal 304. Then, the other end of these two indicator lights should be connected to the N-line.

③ Remove the cabinet door indicator lamp and connect it to the power supply voltage of the lamp to check whether the indicator lamp itself is normal.

Troubleshooting:

① Is the oil engine on/off signal activated

② Is the oil engine equipment turned on

 

Solution:

① Measure the signal terminal of the 601602 oil engine with a multimeter beep gear. When the I circuit power is cut off, the 601602 terminal should have a closed signal output.

② The user shall check whether the diesel engine used is normal or whether it is in automatic state.
