SIWOQ Series Automatic Transfer Switching Appliances

The SIWOQ series of automatic and electric transfer switch appliances integrates switch and logic control, without the need for additional controllers, and can achieve electromechanical integration of automatic transfer switch appliances. It has functions such as voltage detection, frequency detection, communication interface, fire feedback, electrical and mechanical interlocking, and can achieve automatic, electric remote, and emergency manual control.

The operation is achieved by the logic control board managing the operation and operation of the motor and gearbox with various logic commands. 1. Phase Corner detection technology

Three phase load balancing is the foundation of safe power supply. Unbalanced three-phase loads may reduce the power supply efficiency of lines and distribution transformers, or overload of heavily loaded phases may lead to serious consequences such as burnout of phase conductors, switch burnout, or even single-phase burnout of distribution transformers.

The SIWOQ series automatic transfer switch controller uses the phase Corner detection technology internally. When serious three-phase imbalance occurs in the distribution line, and the absolute difference of phase voltage is greater than 120V, the switch will automatically switch to the standby power supply (high-quality power supply). This ensures the safe use of distribution lines and load equipment.

2. Self inspection function

The SIWOQ series automatic transfer switch has a self checking function, which can conduct detailed checks on power supply, voltage, phase, frequency, and action, making it convenient for customers to regularly inspect the automatic transfer switch.

3. Fault alarm

When there is an N-line error, power outage, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, abnormal phase, or high frequency fault in the distribution line where SIWOQ is located, SIWOQ will display a fault code through LED for alarm, reminding users of faults in the common (backup) power supply and preventing accidents caused by power quality issues.

4. Memory storage function

The SIWOQ series automatic transfer switch has a storage and memory function. When the control system detects a fault situation, the information will be automatically recorded in the memory chip, making it easy to query the fault information and cause.

5. Control part

The SIWOQ series products adopt the SMT manufacturing process, ensuring the reliability of electronic material welding. The detection circuit of the control system adopts photoelectric or magnetoelectric principles for strong and weak current isolation. The controller monitors the voltage, frequency, and phase of both power sources in real-time. Using isolated current signals to drive the system control mechanism. Compared with voltage signal driving, current signal driving has strong anti-interference ability, and isolation technology improves the safety of the system. 6. Internal arc extinguishing grid of the main body

7. Integrated dedicated pressure signal transmission template

The internal signal transmission of the SIWOQ series automatic transfer switch adopts an integrated dedicated pressure signal transmission template, which enhances the electrical insulation level of ATSE and improves the signal transmission anti-interference ability of the automatic transfer switch.
